Latest Updates
Once again the Deeside Way (DW) is clearly signposted (photo 2) and so I entered King George V Park to follow the path. I quickly walked out of the Park as the path followed the River Dee at this point (photo 4)....

From the Victory Hall, I walked on the pavement by the A93 until I once again came to the Deeside Way. The following morning I continued on the Deeside Way (photo 1), which took me away from the busy A93 and onto a quiet path. I crossed the bridge and walked down the quiet lane until I came to the Deeside Way sign and walked into forest (photo 4)....

There is a road bridge to the south that would potentially be a better way to cross into Stonehaven. See image below....
