Description
This route avoids entirely the B3374 used in Bugpen1 and includes some pleasant quiet roads, Bowling Green village, Treskilling down and the clay trails. The section through Resugga farm is nice enough but has some challenges in the form of a steep path, one narrow and one heavy gate.
A variation that avoids the farm path is simply to connect the clay trails and Hallaze Road into (or from) Penwithick. I have walked this road section too. It is not the perfect soloution but still I believe both options offer a safer walking alternative to Bugpen1

Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
