Description

Having looked at Bramar one, I felt having done the hard yards climbing Salisbury Hollow, some 280 metres, that having done so, to immediately ascend down Coulston Hollow was both a waste of energy, and and missed great views.
This route continues along the Imber Range Path, as far as Cheverill Parva, where it descends down into West Lavington. I recorded it by GPS as 8.62 mi, just over 0.50 mi further than Bramar one.
On the day I undertook it, the army were live firing near New Zealand farm, see photos.that in itself was worth walking this alternative
