Has a little bit of everything with castles in Pembroke and Manorbier, cliff top walks watching seals and birds of prey, fantastic beaches, and of course the delightfully quaint Tenby to finish in....

Last section into Pembrok is nicer with views of the castle, though much nicer if the tides in! Easy to follow paths though with no access issues. It is worth keeping dogs on leads as lots of sheep....

Walk this routeThe route passed by the wonderful Carew Castle and Tidal Mill that had facilities and definitely worth a stop off if you have the time. Despite being the height of summer I only saw people at the popular (ish) landmarks of Cresswell Quay and Carew Castle. If you want a quiet and peaceful walk where you don't have to concentrate too much of navigation and have the opportunity to stop off mid walk - this is definitely recommended!...

After briefly traversing a housing estate the walk meanders through an ancient woodland with wide paths, small brooks and impressive hollow ways, all with sporadic views across the estuary....

Walk this routeRoute has two blocked rights of way that don't appear to be getting resolved any time soon, and some very unsafe road walking I'd recommend you use PembNar Two that has been surveyed on the ground....

The route follows route 4 on the cycle path network and starting from Tenby passes though St Florence and Lamphey. Overall I’ve given the route a five because of the route being so accessible and perfect for wheels....
