Walk this routeThe other 40% is over the Hill of Barra way marked trail. First views over to hill of Barra from the crest of the road. The way ahead over the hill of Barra can be identified from the junction. Keep an eye out for the Barra Hill Community Path information sign. The local community have gone to a lot of effort to establish this way marked trail over the hill (With support from the local farmers.). On top of hill of Barra The remains of the ancient hill fort can still be identified Set off again, aiming down hill for the stiles (recognisable from the distance by looking for the blue insulation on the top of the electric fences.)...
