A great little walk up over the hills, maybe a detour to the nearby Halo Panopticam could be added? I walk this way regularly. Path is easy to navigate....

Although a nice route the first half misses the obvious way along the old railway line which is much firmer underfoot. This route is really only suitable after a long dry spell....
