Like the previous reviewer said; this route is barely way marked at all and it can be difficulty to know where to go without using GPS or a map. It is also very wet and muddy much of the time. Be aware of livestock on the route also....

I walked this Bothel to Aspatria 1000-1200 on a Saturday morning and only passed cars on the section into Aspatria. The route off road out of Bothel was originally tarmac but is now muddy and broken....
