03 Aug 2021The fastest route between Sevenoaks and Westerham, very similar to WESSEV1 apart from minor changes in Westerham itself. Quite a lot of walking along the relatively busy A25, though there is pavement along the north side. If you are looking for a quieter country route try WESSEV2.
We walked from Sevenoaks to Westerham. Joining the A25 near Sundridge meant crossing a busy road from a concealed position (and might be hard to find route form opposite direction). Leaving the A25 near Park farm was very overgrown with nettles. Stout stick recommended in season!.
