Description
This route builds on TelWheOne but avoids the 2 worst areas (in June). In particular it avoids a horrible field crossing immediately after the A41 and an impenetrable hedge near Lower Brockhurst Farm. It also varies a bit in Telford. There it takes a route through Granville Country Park that passes the old canal basin and furnaces (see photo), following the Telford T50 50 Mile Trail which it rejoins after The Flash in Priorslee, having been on it for a short stretch before Priorslee. The author knows this part really well but the later part is unknown, so needs walking. (It can't be worse than TelWheOne and is hopefully better.) It may look odd that it uses a path ( for about 2k before Sheriffhales Manor) that isn't shown as public but parallels a public right of way (PROW). The author could find no evidence of the PROW on the ground. A good part of this path is surfaced by shoddy (shredded waste wool garments, see photo) .The legitimacy of the "white roads" before this point is questionable, but they are well walked and the author has never heard of anyone being challenged (they are also on TelWheOne). Also shown, the clock tower in Priorslee and a sign for a nature reserve as you near Wheaton Aston

Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.
