21 Jul 2023A very nice route. I had lived in Coulsdon for years before finding out about the path at the Mount that takes you into Sutton. On a clear day I recall there being impressive views of the city. The path is the only link into the rest of the LB of Sutton, without having to leave the borough!.

25 Mar 2022Nice uphill bit of the London Loop to start with lovely views
Oaks park is a treat.
Heading into Carshalton there’s a little hill.
Suburban walk in to Sutton very pleasant.

26 Jan 2022About half this route is walking quiet roads. The remainder is through the Oaks Park and along firm earth paths (shared with horses). Last mile or so is fairly steep downhill. There is a café and toilets near the south entrance to the Oaks Park. Food shops at Coulsdon and free toilet outside Aldi. Oaks Park to Coulsdon follows the London LOOP and is clearly signed.
