From St Wilfred's Church in Pool head north towards the river
Cross the river and turn right just after the bridge
Follow the river bank until it joins Castley Lane, go through the gate and turn right
Follow Castley Lane to Castley and where the lane turns sharply left, continue straight on on the public footpath through the field
Follow the path across the field and under the railway line, turn left after the railway line and continue up to the lane
Turn right onto the road and follow it towards Weeton, taking the first right turn just before Weeton village
Head down Gallowgate Lane for a few hundred meters and then turn left onto the public footpath across the fields
Continue along the path until it rejoins the road and turn right
Turn left onto a track leading past the sewage works
Continue past the sewage works and across the footbridge over the stream
Bear slightly left and head diagonally across the field towards the wood
Follow the path through the wood, bearing right where another path joins, and out the other side of the wood
Follow the path along the riverbank until it joins the road at Harewood Bridge
Cross the bridge and turn left
Follow the riverbank until the path joins a lane coming down the hill
Turn right and follow the lane up a steep climb until it joins the road
Turn left onto the road and follow it into Harewood village
