Description
This route is based on MarHin one, but avoids the section of road between Sutton Cheney and Sutton Wharf which the first reviewer found dangerous. Rather than adopting his suggestion, I have used a section of the Leicestershire Round path that passes close to the Bosworth Field battlefield and past its visitor centre. This is a popular path that is well maintained. I have retained the original route elsewhere.
Note that this route has a minor error in the GPX plot on the north side of Hinckley that may confuse walkers heading south - there is no exit in the north west corner of Richmond Park. MarHin three fixes this error, and also passes through Sutton Cheney village as suggested by Ken in his review
