Description
This shorter more direct alternative to Lisloo 1, deserves to be a 5* route. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of tree-fall in the woods. Some requiring major detours to find a way around. I shall be reporting those which have fallen trees blocking rights of way, which were an inconvenience. However one section, south of Herodsfoot was really bad requiring the need to find a way through thick woodland. This section is on a forest path - so probably outside the responsibility of the County Highways. Its a shame, as this really is a wonderful walk for the most part. I agree with the comments made by the reviewer of Lisloo1 that the climb up to Duloe is not necessary, unless of course to visit the Plough Inn. Also I walked this at low tide and it was fine. However on a higher tide the alternate route is clearly marked just north of Looe. Hopefully the fallen trees will son be cleared
