I followed this route on OS Maps after uploading the gpx file to it. The route appeared accurate north of Woolton Hill Road, although it does look very inaccurate on the Slow Ways map. This could be to do with the fact that there are no waypoints on the gpx snap-to plot, north-east of the dual carriageway and cemetery. Let this be a warning that if you use snap-to then still put in lots of waypoints/plot points!
The main road through Gateacre was noisy and busy with traffic, but there was some compensation in passing some nice old buildings.
There were nice houses and buildings especially through Woolton, and Reynolds Park was also very pleasant. Woolton Wood was lovely, and the view at Camp Hill was fabulous, across the Mersey and the Wirral into Wales.
The long path around (not through) the cemetery was often enclosed by a fence and had tree roots crossing it in places.
Overall, this was an enjoyable route.

A great walk through some lovely green areas in the outer suburbs of Liverpool. Alongside a couple of leafy cemeteries; through the parks and woods of Woolton; through the lovely little village itself and up to Reynolds Park; and then to Belle Vale.

The route, however, is mainly for foot only: rough ground, exposed roots, grass sections, and steps would make it difficult for other wheeled users.

The route is mostly sound, but for me, the routing from Woolton Hill Road to the end is vague and inaccurate, and the walk along Gateacre Brow and Belle Vale Road a long road walk that whilst direct, is not attractive.

I've given an alternate ending, utilising footpaths and quiet residential roads.

Excellent transport links, and shops along the way and at the end.

Lovely, short walk through green spaces in Liverpool with some excellent views over the region from Woolton Woods and Reynolds Park. Mostly accessible for those walking and wheeling, but does contain some unpaved paths and paths made uneven by tree roots.
