Description
This is a more direct route that goes via the Cathedral Green, Magdalen Road (local shops), Ludwell Valley Park (Nature Reserve), Newcourt Railway Station, then on a quiet green lane to Topsham. Both the start and end of the road has some roads, though with pavements. Most of the roads are minor, some facilities or have reduce access as it is pretty much the line of Devon County Councils new cycle route. Unlike the river route, this is 100% paved and more suitable for cycles
