Walked from Llantwit to Colwinston. A nice route with a few caveats. There's a long section of road walking around Llandow Trading Estate, which, while not overly busy, is not that quiet either. There isn't a pavement in this section, but the verge is wide enough to walk on. The section near Sutton Brook was heavily waterlogged, and I had to wade through two deepish streams. Also, there are two level crossings over the railway line. With those caveats, this is a pretty good walk.

I enjoyed this walk - enough hazards to make it interesting (running bulls, rickety stiles, boggy patches and a railway line to traverse) but no significant access issues, and the paths were fairly well-marked.
