Attwym two

I walked this route from Attleborough to Wymondham. Starting off from Attleborough, the route is good, making use of footpaths, and plenty of amenities to choose from in Attleborough itself.
Leaving Attleborough, there is quite a long period walking on Silver Street, by which time this is narrow country roads, I encountered a few vehicles along this road, so would need to take care to be aware of any traffic. (There was some kind of industry just outside Attleborough so did have 1 or 2 lorries also using the road.)
After turning onto Slutshole Lane, there was no traffic on here which led all the way up to the railway with a pedestrian crossing (there was a light at this one to indicate if safe to cross).
Once over the railway, this road continued, before reaching Bunwell Road. This was probably the busiest part, as were a lot of cars going both ways, so specific care would need to be taken on this short stretch. (This would be one of the key reasons for the route not being 5 stars as there wasn't that much space either side of the road)
Turing left onto Queen's Street, this was much quieter and after crossing the railway again (this time on a bridge) the route then became a footpath, working it's way round to the roundabouts at the A11 junction. Care needs to be taken at this, as the pavement is the other side of the road from where the path came out, which was a bit of a blind corner with vehicles approaching the roundabout.
After crossing the A11, the pavement the other side was very overgrown, and I had to walk in the road to avoid overgrowing bushes but the pavement could soon be rejoined.
The route along Chepore Lane and Suton Street were very easy to walk along with very little traffic.
After Suton Street, the route joins a footpath which goes round the edge of some woodland, before crossing a small bridge.
This eventually led to a road and needing to cross the railway line again - this pedestrian section was very overgrown now (certainly a lot more than when previous photos were taken). After crossing the railway, it didn't really seem clear where I needed to walk, but could see the path clearing in between the trees opposite, but had to navigate across the field to get to it, which didn't seem to have a 'visible' path to take.
After completing this, I followed the path round which goes near the A11, before turning left onto Strayground Lane, which goes up for the final part towards Wymondham.
After crossing the railway again, this did come out at Wymondham Recycling centre, there were quite a few cars here when I went past, and the road is narrow so care would need to be taken.
Just where the road turns left, you carry on via a road that brings you out at the Mid Norfolk Railway line (where it connects to the main rail network) and arrive near the Cemetery.
After navigating through Tolls Meadow, there is one final busy road to cross before arriving in the centre of Wymondham, with buses to Norwich, and plenty of amenities.
The route was just over 8 miles, one thing to note was that between Attleborough and Wymondham there were no amenities/shops to speak of that I saw. There are a few sections involving roads (particularly at Spooner Row) so care needed in those points.
I haven't walked the other route for this Slow Way, but feel that this one would be preferable for keeping off of roads.

See the route description for some of this - we walked and planned pre loading to the site. It's still got a few roads in but they were generally quieter lanes - noting we walked this on a Saturday spring afternoon so traffic may vary. It could be more direct in places but some of the roads in the area are quite busy and it makes it less pleasant to walk. Four stars as it was still road routes but some stretches were quite lovely including cottages , wildlife and the railway.
