Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.

09 May 2024Another good Slow Ways easy to follow across lovely countryside with views.
The route follows paths and does have steps and stiles so not for all users.
The road section along the A442 is slightly tricky as no pavement and little verge so care needed. Overall a good route with a good pub at Hartlebury Railway Station The Tap House.

14 Jan 2024A route that is 5 star at either end, with its well marked combination of paths across rolling countryside. There are some superb views across to the Malverns and the Clent Hills. The star is lost at the section along the A442 which has no pavement, only a verge and requires caution. There are steps and stiles of varying quality. There is also an excellent pub at the Hartlebury Tap House, which is adjacent to Hartlebury Railway Station. It's a direct and very enjoyable walk.
