Description
Leaves Norwich via Mousehold Heath and Sprowston, taking a traffic free lane from Sprowston church to Beeston Lane. Then detours slightly west to use the bridge on the Spixworth road (using off-road cycle/footway) to cross the Northern Distributor Road safely. After Spixworth, Rackheath Lane/Dobbs Lane is largely traffic free as access is closed from the Spixworth end. Then a wide farm track into Wroxham with a pavement stretch to finish. (Except for the Beeston Lane-Dobbs Lane stretch, this is the same as Norwhov3.)
