Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

13 Jun 2023This is a slightly modified step free version of Milble Three.
It uses Milton Keynes’ excellent pedestrian pathways to route between MK and Bletchley stations. There is a brief section where the path goes alongside Watling Street, a fast busy road (photo) - this is the section that avoids the steps found in Milble Three.
There are a number of pleasant green parks and lakes as well as quiet residential areas. At Bletchley the route passes Jemima Way, which is the entrance to Bletchley Park and the National Museum of Computing.

09 Apr 2023A safe, direct, and fully accessible route. Paved throughout and can be walked in any type of footwear. Very easy to follow. Railway stations at either end. Links to bus routes throughout the Bletchley half of the walk and at the Milton Keynes end. With the short exception of the pavement alongside Watling Street the route is mainly through parks and quiet residential streets.
