05 Jun 2023A lovely walk. Varied fields, woods and countryside. Peaceful, well-marked yet not too busy. Plenty of places to sit, rest, appreciate the views of the Cheshire Plains. Arriving Chelford you can take the train onwards, or refresh at local grocers or with a short diversion at the local pub. Well recommended. About 3 hours, depending on your pace and breaks. We'll walk this one again. Route well recorded, easy to follow, signage pretty good even if you didn't have a map but accuracy pretty much there. One or two turns needed working out but easy really. Three stiles I think in the whole route, but ground easy and all ways are clear.
