Description
Largely quiet, green and off-road route from Hedge End to Bishops Waltham via Manor Farm Country Park, Botley and quiet countryside east of Durley. Largely off road with just one longer (quiet) country lane section.
The route initially heads SE to reach Manor Farm Country Park, then heads north into the town of Botley (many refreshment options available). Then continues north on quiet paths, passing over the railway line, to Durley Mill and then quiet country lanes further north to rise onto the hill north of Durley. The route then turns east past the trig point (also visited on one of the other routes) with great views eastwards towards the Downs, before dropping gently towards Bishops Waltham
