Description
This is an alternative route that better meets the Slow Ways methodology. It predominantly follows a shared use off-road cycle path (part of the national cycle network route 66) along with sections of canal towpath and quiet roads.
The route is step-free with the only potential problems being a short section in Mytholmroyd where there are narrow pavements on a more busy road
