This route is almost identical to Burlla two, but deviates at Sandy Water Park. It follows a more urban route for the last kilometre, passing near to the town hall.

Following the cycle track east from Burry Port, the route is easy to follow. There are many side trails along the beach, around various lakes and through woodlands if you feel like exploring.

There are several opportunities to stop for refreshments along the way. The Pavilion Cafe can be found at the halfway point, and several other options in both Burry Port and Sandy.
