Description
This is the same as BriHam One but with a correction at Stapleton where it was almost inaccessible. I’ve also taken the route through the park in Bristol and improved the accuracy in a couple of other places

Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

17 Apr 2024This was an excellent route (based on the original BriHam One). The former railway line shared-use route out of Bristol was very pleasant, and included a bit of classic Bristol street-art. There were steps and kissing gates crossing the valley past allotments at Clay Bottom, as well as a dripping water tap!
The Frome riverside path was lovely, mostly tarmac to start with, but also some muddy earth sections. Snuff Mills (opposite the university site at Glenside) had a café and toilets in the car park, and some very pretty landscaping. There was a stone slab stile at OS Grid Ref: ST 644 777 onto the road, then a bit more riverside walking brought me to the village of Hambrook, with a convenient pub for lunch just before the end.
