Description
This is a replotted version of BASLEI one that fixes a couple of issues. The most serious problem is that the route into Vange from the north as shown in BASLEI one does not work on the ground - this version clarifies that! Secondly there is a good surfaced track through the country park from Benfleet Downs to Hadleigh Castle, and staying on that is a lot easier than the bridleway in wet and muddy conditions. The route still has wet and muddy sections and a few steps, but these are unavoidable
