Route description
This route avoids the non-public roads in Esher. It stays off-road apart from the unavoidable few hundred yards at each end. Arbrook Commons is flat and forested throughout. Esher Common and Oxshott Heath both require a bit of climb-and-descent, and both reward the walker with views. There are cafes and hence facilities at both ends, but nothing in between apart from The Swan Inn less than an mile from Esher.
