I would not walk this route nor recommend it as it includes miles of unsafe walking on the main A87 road. This road is fast and sometimes busy and there are mostly no footways and often narrow and poor verges...

I would not advise attempting to walk this route as substantial sections of it are along the fast and frequently busy A87 main road without footways. I certainly wouldn’t....
