Lovely quiet, rural route on footpaths and small country lanes. In places not suitable for wheelchairs/pushchairs due to tree roots pushing through paths, also stiles and kissing gates. At start of route in centre of Wadhurst, we took an alternative (shorter) route to avoid having to walk on pavement along main road to Sparrows Green/Turners Green. Instead we took public footpath through churchyard to Blacksmiths Lane, then followed the lane up to main road, crossed over to join Slow Ways route at Turners Green. Walk took us 1hour 35 mins and covered 4.75 miles.
