03 Apr 2022This was a lovely route, which I walked from Radlett to Borehamwood. It was rather short, and at some points it could have been a lot muddier. But today it was easy going. The last part follows the Watling Chase Timberland Trail which I walked at the end of last year (and which would make an excellent slow way between Borehamwood and Hatfield).

15 Mar 2022Excellent route, accurately drawn. It wasn’t as wet as when Strider reviewed it, but there was still some mud which is why I dropped a star. When it dries it will be a 5 star route.

11 Dec 2021I walked from Borehamwood to Radlett in December after rain. A short residential walk from the station quickly takes you to an open common where you walk parallel to the railway. Then under the railway (muddy) to a traffic free estate (wet in places). Then through woods and fields to the outskirts of Radlett. The walk through Radlett is through woods, parks, cut-throughs and quiet roads.
A lovely varied walk despite the winter mud maximizing the green space between two towns.
