A short SlowWays walk to tag on to the end of the Musselburgh to Prestonpans walk. A nice continuation of the coastal walk along the John Muir Way.

10 Sep 2022This is a route with pretty views and must be one of the shortest Slow Ways ones. There is a path by the shore that can be followed with various alleys leading down to it. Avoid it at high tide and particularly when there are strong winds from the east. The route goes past the site of the former Cockenzie power station with its two chimneys - all long gone.
