18 Mar 2024A direct, safe and offroad walk. A variety of settings between town, down and riverbank. The majority of this route follows the Egret's Way, presenting a choice between walking on the raised riverbank or the surfaced cycle lane for all the time you follow the Ouse. Great views and wildlife abound. Buses from Peacehaven, trains and buses from Lewes and an option to catch a train from Southease about half way. Very easy to follow. An excellent Slow Way.
