Follows Gippings Valley River Path to Blakenham and Claydon, then small paths to Tuddenham St Martin, Rushmoor St Andrew and Kesgrave. Loop via Rushmere Heath into Kesgrave at end to avoid Playford Lane (narrow, no verge)
