13 Oct 2023You cannot walk from St. Margarets's Hope to Gills Bay. It is a ferry route. Although I guess is it slow in that respect. Unless you can walk on water, it is not doable.

23 Jun 2023Pentland firth ferries take this route from Gill's Bay to St Margaret's Hope. The ferry has toilets onboard and a small cafe. You can sit on the deck or inside too. Booking in advance recommended if you have a car.
