14 Jan 2022This is a pleasant walk largely through farmland. There are a number of improvements that could be made, specifically to avoid a long road section on the approach to Eckington and I'll upload an alternate route shortly. A minor diversion is also required near Summerley where the route suggests a track through a locked gate into private land.
Please also be aware that a number of the paths across farmland have a number of minor obstructions and/or aren't well maintained. I will be reporting these to the relevant local authority so hopefully they will be resolved shortly.
