Description
Due to the issues mentioned on Cormel one and two, this route misses out the legally disputed route in Beanacre, and the potential of maize crops blocking the footpath.
It also slightly amends the route in the Avon Road area, to a more obvious route

Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

30 Jun 2021Whilst initially compiling, and verifying this route, a couple of days ago I walked the route in the process of surveying it.
Whilst the majority of the route is fine, there are two locations where the footpath has been eradicated.
There is also 5 fields where the path has not been reinstated following crop sewing.
All these issues have been relayed to Wiltshire Council ROW team, but there is virtually nil possibility that they will be addressed.
As a result, I will submit a survey, and recommend that the route is not taken.
I will in the next few weeks compile ( and walk ) another route, removing the issues of main obstructions.

11 May 2021A slightly longer route to Cormel one and two, which removes the illegal path, and a very good chance of removing impeded paths by maize crops in summer.
