Description

This route is a longer alternative, with no stiles
The majority of the route is on canal towpath, and the latter section from the canal, is on the old A350 which is has car no entry and vehicle limits.
This route was compiled as wheelchair / pushchair / mobility scooter friendly, which it is NOT.
1 mile into the route is a set of 15 steps up from the towpath, onto Georges Place.
The route is fine for able bodied people

A significantly longer route than Batmel ( which is unachievable ) which is NOT wheelchair/pushchair friendly, without field paths with stiles. For a wheelchair friendly route, see Batmel four.
