05 Jan 2024Review of Slow Ways Route Ardsal one (Ardrossan to Saltcoats)
I walked this route in reverse (i.e. from Saltcoats to Ardrossan) on a bright day in mid-December 2023. It is a short and straightforward route, accurately mapped and convenient for public transport at both ends. On the day I visited, the views over the Clyde to Arran were stunning.
