27 Apr 2024 (edited 29 Apr 2024)No doubt an enjoyable daytime walk but at 8pm when it's still daylight Bunhill Fields Cemetery was locked. So yes this route has access issues but should I fail it? The detour was not difficult in either direction so I think not. How many stars should I give it? I perhaps missed the most interesting part of the walk passing famous grave memorials but the rest was fine so I'll go with the flow. This walk, like many in central London offers the contrasting faces of our Capital I wonder if the 'Baths' still offer or need to offer that basic service.

12 Nov 2023A safe, direct and fascinating Slow Way. Slipping between main streets via cemeteries, squares and gardens, this is a five star London Slow Way! Fully accessible and packed with interest.

12 Nov 2023Walked from Angel to Liverpool Street. An enjoyable, varied, interesting, safe and direct route. Plenty of interesting buildings, cemeteries and small green spaces, and the bonus was passing John Bunyan's grave.
