30 Nov 2021Started this walk as it is identical, and identically inaccessible as Alrswa two. When I reached a point where I had to turn back from the other Slow Way I attempted to join this route at the dairy farm at Stanton House. My very presence seemed to get the attention of the nearby herd and they followed me as I walked on the other side of the fence. This in turn attracted a herd from a field on the far side of the farm. When I reached where I join Alrswa one, my way ahead was blocked by 200+ cows who had all converged on the central part of the farm. At this stage I decided to cut my losses and walked away. I ended up getting to Alrewas, but via Burton which is only slightly further than this route. Inaccessible and dangerous. Not recommended.
