Existing problems reported with 8271
- This route has a couple of major issues. The first section of the walk after leaving Wellingborough town is actually closed (has been for several years, and probably will be for the foreseeable due to major building works - not reportable to the Ramblers as officially been closed). There is then a substantial chunk of walking along busy roads, at one point there is no verge and high hedges (with blind bends) a precarious walk, and the rest of the extended road section not recommended.
