Existing problems reported with Liverpool Street Station
- Hi Cristie. A variety of issues. Apart from the escalation of issues with Longfield I can't think why any would be a real problem for people beyond entertainment or v mild confusion but they are odd so here you are. Screenshots attached. Looking around Greenhithe on the progress map again I remembered the Northfleet Settlement/Place dot is apparently named Dick Donovan. Lol. And that there are two pink dots for Hartley (Sevenoaks) - firstly the one in use next to Longfield Station (and Longfield's High Street). When you click and look closer that one appears to be called Hartley. But weirdly there's also another pink dot closeby. It doesn't seem to be connected to anything. And if you click and look closer it appears to be called Longfield!? If this pairing is going to be tidied up in the network review will the progress map name for the station version get changed to Longfield, as well as the Place name on the main website? Poor Longfield, so much potential for confusion! Weirdly it's also impossible, for me at least, to buy or get the price of a direct ticket to Longfield via the operator website or app even though my home station is also run by Southeastern trains and it's only one change. Ticket machine and ticket office have no problems. It's the Bermuda triangle of virtual route planning. There are a couple more no connection pink dots in W London and one near Leicester. And one near Liverpool which has both no connections AND someone's name. Some of them have an implausibly huge number of "features". Finally there's one in Lancashire that's the opposite, no pink dot but definitely has connections. Daisy Reported 10 Dec 2023
