    1. For the survey of 'Harebar two' we walked from Harewood to Bardsey. The slow way starts in Harewood, near the bus stop, opposite the Harewood arms. Walking on the footway the route travels South towards the cross roads and continues down the hill to a small stone building. 0 km from start — 13 May 2021

    4. The woodland path ends at two field gates with pedestrian gates. Here the slow way turns left through some ornate iron gates. 2.1 km from start — 13 May 2021

    5. This is the only busy road crossing of the walk. Gaps in the traffic do occur. The slow way continues straight ahead up the lane using the verge when necessary. 2.2 km from start — 13 May 2021
