The route is easy to walk and follow as it follows the English coastal path. The walk starts next to the harbour and follows the English coastal path. The beach can difficult to walk on, however there is an alternate English Costal path high tide route which is clearly way marked. Then the path leaves the railway and follow the coast....

Follow a path until it ends at a minor road. The official route turn left and follows the road (minor road with no grass verges) to Moresby Parks. The route now follows the main road through Moresby Parks on road pavements. After leaving Moresby Parks take the first left onto a minor road, again no grass verges. Follow the road past the house on the left and then at the bends take the footpath to the right. Turn left at the B5306 and follow the roadside path for a short way and then turn right onto a bridle way that goes under the A595. Turn left up the hill, this is a minor road with no grass verges. Turn left and then almost immediately right onto a marked foot path that leads across an open field....
