Help connect Westbury
Many Slow Ways have several route options. Some will be better than others, or good for different reasons.
Our goal is for each Slow Way to have at least one route that is verified and surveyed. To be verified – and get its snail badge – a route needs at least three positive reviews.
Give a hike and help get a for every one of Westbury’s Slow Ways.

Terrain good may be muddy in places during wet spells (ploughed fields)....

After Dilton Marsh, the path continues through arable fields until reaching a road and railway (path passes under) at Penleigh, after which the route is more urban into Westbury....

In terms of interest, it's not very remarkable other than passing close to Westbury White Horse, but if you're looking for a relatively flat walking route from Westbury to Bratton this is the obvious way to go....
