Latest Updates
The path on from the farm goes past a dog training enclosure (with dogs) and down the margin of a field, through a rickety love gate and further margin until coming to a ploughed and seeded field with no pathway left for crossing to the gate at the A45 crossing point. We tried skirting the edge of the field but the margin was ploughed at the far side and there was no visible exit other than the gate on the marked given....

It would definitely by easier to either take route two, staying west of the A605, or route three, crossing the A605 at Thrapston and back again at Barnwell....

After that the route winds between some picturesque villages and there are a couple of good pubs on the way in Wadenhoe and Stoke Doyle....
