Went past some really pretty houses but was particularly nice when we got to the more wilderness bits closer to Southborough....

Nice walk, pretty direct but the road walking near Mount Farm is unpavemented, high hedged and has quite tight turns. Left the village then into some meadows with small woodlands, probably a local nature reserve or similar, very. The path continuing around the meadows is far more well used so could be distracting....

too much busy road used in Tonbridge, was loud and tiring....

The start (so, the end) is mostly along streets, not very exciting and not the most direct route - but the Southborough end runs through some lovely countryside....

At the end of Royal Chase, use the zebra crossing onto Mount Ephraim, instead of crossing onto the triangular patch of grass between Mount Ephraim and London Road....

A nice generally quiet route mostly off of roads. Route was easy to follow....

When walking along Castle Road (just after Mount Edgcumbe Road) you could take the path on the left hand side of the road as this avoids walking towards oncoming traffic in Castle Road - we would suggest this slight amendment to the route....
