Latest Updates
The first section of the walk through the woodlands overlooking the marina in Neyland meant that it is not fully suitable for those with wheels. Its a fantastic route for those of wheels if you can find a detour at Neyland, but a walk can become fairly monotonous due to the lack of variety or terrain and scenery....

As you exit Llanstadwell you come across the first off road section along the National Coast Path. The coast path runs south of the oil refinery, now a LPG storage and distribution site, but trees and banks disguise the site well,. The last section is a flat off road tarmac path that looks like an old tram road that takes you into Milford Marina and to the end point....
