The scenery on this stretch does not dissapoint with lots of hidden bays to stop for breaks in. Some steep sections but navigation is no issue at all. Facilities available at start and finish, with a good bus route between the two....

Coast path is no worries for navigation but even the paths around farmland at Pantsaeson was really well signed....

Great route that's very varied : estuaries, dunes, beaches, cliffs, wooded valleys, meadows. There are no towns and just one sizeable village en route. Take food and drink - find a comfy spot and enjoy the views....

At Penrhyn chalet park (if coming from Fishguard) then when you see the main big grey reception building turn right then left and then aim slightly right to pick up the path (orange dotted line on the OS Map)....
