It's a really Beautiful walk, quite easy to follow and was very enjoyable....

Ackworth Road had a couple of overgrown spots but nothing major it was very easy to follow with beautiful idyllic English countryside either side of the road....

If walking North (Crofton to Featherstone) you need to turn left as you leave the woodland near West Hardwick and follow the edge of the field before turning right at the telegraph pole (see photo), don't walk straight through the field as the route on slowways suggests. After a few metres you then need to turn left, before you pass under the telephone lines, uphill across the field towards the large conifer trees (I've attached a photo), now you're back on the marked slow ways route. At the telegraph pole turn left (see photo), following the edge of the field before turning right into the woodland via a short section of boardwalk and rejoining the marked slow ways route....
